We offer Tai Chi for Beginners classes twice a week and through private instruction!
When learned correctly and performed regularly, Tai Chi can be a positive part of an overall approach to improving your health.

We include various Qigong Exercises as part of our Tai Chi classes. Qigong taught at the Tai Chi Center is based upon 3 principles - proper breathing technique, meditation, and exercise.
With TCCNGA, as you learn our Tai Chi form, some basic concepts of martial applications are covered to give the movement more depth and meaning. In our advanced classes, as you grow and progress, we will incorporate push-hands and other two-person drills. We also teach several classical weapons, which help students further refine their movement.
